Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on items received in good condition. Depending on the reason for requesting a return, you may be eligible for store credit or an exchange the same product.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date the package was delivered, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom items are exempt from being returned. Due to the custom nature of some of our products, we cannot accept them for a refund. If your product was not as discussed in your order, a replacement product may be sent upon request at no additional cost to you.

– Gift cards
– Downloadable products
To complete your return, we will require your order number for reference.
Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to requesting a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial exchanges are granted:
– (If applicable) Products with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding whether we will provide a replacement product or store credit. If you have a preference for the exchange, please communicate that to us in your return request.
We only replace items if they are not as described or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit a request here.
To return your product for exchange, you must mail your product to us. Include your order number on the envelope or package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
